Who we are
Flow Media Agency is an independent TikTok LIVE Creator Network and media agency. Contact: teamflowmedia@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Creator applications: name, TikTok handle, follower range, country, phone number, language, and ad-attribution data (UTM parameters, TikTok and Meta click IDs).
- Client SMS opt-in: name or business name, mobile number, the exact consent text you agreed to, the date and time of consent, the page URL and browser user agent.
- Usage data: standard analytics collected by the TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel (page views, form submissions, device and browser information).
How we use it
- To review creator applications and contact applicants about joining our Creator Network.
- To send business clients the weekly performance report they opted in to receive by SMS.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
SMS / text messaging program
Flow Media Agency sends a weekly performance report by SMS to business clients who have opted in. Consent is collected during client onboarding, either verbally or on liveflowagency.com/opt-in, where the client enters their mobile number and checks an unchecked-by-default box reading:
"I agree to receive a weekly performance report by SMS from Flow Media Agency. Message frequency: 1 msg/week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
- The client's consent, phone number and timestamp are stored in our CRM. Only clients who have completed this opt-in receive messages.
- Message frequency: 1 message per week. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP or email teamflowmedia@gmail.com for help.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and our messaging: our database provider (Supabase), our SMS delivery provider, and advertising platforms (TikTok, Meta) for measurement. We never sell personal information.
Retention
Application data is kept while we evaluate and work with a creator. SMS consent records are kept for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to document your consent and opt-out.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any SMS to stop receiving messages.
- Email teamflowmedia@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data.
Age
Our services are for people 18 and older (19 in South Korea). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
